75g (2 ½oz) chard leaves
50g (1 ¾oz) fresh coriander, leaves and stems
75g (2 ½oz) raw sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Season to taste with pepper and more salt.
